MY IMPACT

Took a user-centered approach to design, prioritizing readability and reducing cognitive fatigue for clients, particularly students engaging with dense or repetitive content.
Converted a range of documents into clean, fillable forms, ensuring consistent formatting and compatibility across different software platforms.
Proposed new design initiatives to streamline future projects, including organizing documentation in a more accessible way for students and identifying opportunities to reduce repetitive design work through reusable templates and systems.
